Membership and Guests

Membership

Here are the membership fees for the 2007-2008 season. The rates for the 2008-2009 season will be published later in the year.

If you'd like to join the North East Cheshire Drag Hunt, please fill in this membership form and send it to our Secretary, Pam Gregory. If you can't print a copy, ring Pam on 07887 687067 / 01782 511684 and she will send you one.

£550 - inclusive of cap
£350 - exclusive of cap (cap = £10 per meet)

£375 - inclusive of cap
£175 - excusive of cap (cap = £10 per meet)

Family (For 2 or more members)

£525 per adult / £350 per junior - inclusive of cap
£325 per adult / £150 per junior - excusive of cap (cap = £10 per person per meet)

Non Riding (Don't intend to hunt or hunt infrequently)

£20 - exclusive of cap (cap = £35 per meet)

The cap (or wire fund) is payable on the day unless you have opted to pay a subscription which includes the cap. The cap is a contribution towards any fencing costs which arise. Life members pay cap only.

Guests

If you'd like to give drag hunting a try before you join us as a member, please come out as a guest. All you need to do is contact Pam Gregory on 07887 687067 / 01782 511684 and Pam will talk to you about when you'd like to come out with us.

Members who wish to bring a guest should talk to Pam - bear in mind that is the member who is responsible for the conduct of their guest.

Adult (Over 18 and not in full time education)

6 vouchers - £180 which includes the cap
1 voucher - £35 which includes the cap

Junior/Student (In full time education)

6 vouchers - £135 which include the cap
1 voucher - £25 which includes the cap

Guests who ultimately join as a member will get a reduction in their membership charge up to a maximum of 3 guest caps.

How to Pay

Subscriptions are payable by cash, standing order or cheque (made out to North East Cheshire Drag Hunt).

If you want to pay by standing order, your chosen subscription rate plus an admin fee of £30 will be divided by the number of months you wish to pay over. Payments must be completed by February 2008.
